Total building square footage would increase 23% from 54,740 to 71,000 square feet. A 3,600 square foot modular building, a 6,560-square-foot parish center, and a 2,400-square-foot rectory would be removed. An education center would be expanded 107% from 17,000 to 38,992 square feet, a social hall would be expanded 20% from 12,000 to 15,000 square feet, a church would be expanded 6% from 15,00 to 17,000 square feet and parking would be increased 9% from 320 to 336 spaces.
