Document Description
The City-initiated General Plan Amendment (File No. 00468566-PGA) and Zone Change (File No. 00468567-PZC) consists of amending the appropriate figures in the General Plan and the Zoning Ordinance to reflect the Bake Parkway/Marine Way intersection relocation and the Rockfield Boulevard reconfiguration in the southern portion of Planning Area 30. The General Plan Amendment relocates Marine Way approximately 900 feet to the north/east of the I-5 NB exit ramp. Due to the relocation of Marine Way, the extension of Rockfield Boulevard to Marine Way is also modified. The associated Zone Change reflects the modifications to the proposed street alignments and is reflected in a revision to the Zoning Map, Planning Area 30 Base Map, and Planning Area 30 Overlay Map.
