Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-ORA-40884-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Heritage Fields El Toro, LLC. The Project is limited to the development of the Agua Chinon and Borrego Channels to create the Heritage Fields El Toro residential neighborhood and the Orange County Great Park. To develop the channels, vegetation will be removed, the channels will be filled, and then graded to allow for construction. The Project was previously permitted under Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2006-0258-R5, but was not completed. The Project has been mitigating for 11.30 acres of permanent impacts and 10.45 acres of temporary impacts through the phased mitigation of the Agua Chinon Corridor.
