Document Description
The City requests approval of a Park Design for a 688-acre portion of the OCGP known as the "Orange County Great Park Improvement Area". The Park Design is for the second phase of the OCGP development and includes modifications to approved park amenities for the Sports Park, Bosque, and Upper Bee Canyon. The project also includes a proposal for agriculture and a golf course. Lastly, the Park Design also includes the Wildlife Corridor consistent with the approved Wildlife Corridor Plan.
