Document Description
The project includes a Specific Plan Amendment, Precise Plan, and a Development Agreement to permit the demolition of the existing utility yard, a one-story maintenance facility and a portion of an existing parking area to allow the construction of a 128,000 square feet six-story building adjacent to the main hospital building. The proposed six-story building is planned for a total of 156 licensed beds, which will be composed of 88 relocated beds from the main hospital and 68 new licensed beds. An existing 2-acre parcel adjacent to Euclid Street will be developed to provide 266 new parking spaces. A Specific Plan Amendment is proposed to increase the allowable height limit, allowable Floor-Area-Ratios, and revise on-site parking and circulation layout.
