SAA #1600-2004-0006-R5 Alter the streambed of Buena Vista Creek, tributary to Buena Vista Lagoon, tributary to the Pacific Ocean, to accommodate the Buena Vista Creek Channel Maintenance Project. The maintenance program consists of hand removal of freshwater marsh and exotic plant species over a five year period within an 11.3 acre corridor of Buena Vista Creek. Each year 0.51 acre of freshwater march will be removed from the channel, impacting 2.53 acres of freshwater marsh over a five year period.
