The proposed project consists of the development of a 149,705 sf Costco facility. In addition to the main store area (143,463 square feet), the Costco building would contain a 5,200 square foot tire center and a 1,042 square foot food service area. A loading dock would be provided on the east side of the building (next to Beach Boulevard) with space for four delivery trucks.
