Construct a new dry crossing approximately 600 feet long and 40 feet wide at Penman Springs Road between Harvest Ridge and Linne Roads, east of Paso Robles. At the crossing site, the creek is divided into two channels that flow around a wide sandbar. The existing section of road approximately 100 feet channels that flow around a wide sandbar. SAA # R2-2001-0899.
