Document Description
The Redevelopment Plan was originally adopted by the City of San Rafael in 1972 and describes a generally formulated program for the redevelopment, rehabilitation and revitalization of the Project Area. The change proposed in this Third Amendment and Restatement Project Area from $240 million to $950 million. This amount includes the allocation for the low and moderate income housing fund (20%) required by the Community Redevelopment Law and the revenues allocated to the County of Marin, San Rafel Schools and the College of Marin.
