Document Description
A conditional use permit to permit the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility on an existing commercial building located in the General Commercial (C-3) zone. The proposed facility includes three sectors of four panel antennas: each sector to be roof mounted on the northeast, southeast, and southwest corners of the building behind a 4-foot fiberglass screen that will be constructed along the east wall and a portion of the north and south walls of the building. A new utility rack for electrical and power meters along with four outdoor mechanical equipment cabinets will be installed within the fiberglass screening and hidden from view. Each of the fiberglass screens will be painted a matte finish to blend with the building and surrounding neighborhood.
