Document Description
A conditional use permit for the installation and co-location of a wireless telecommunications facility on an existing commercial building located in the General Commercial (C-3) zone. The proposed facility includes three sectors of four panel antennas: two sectors are roof mounted on the northern portion of the building behind a fiberglass screen. New electrical and power meters along with four outdoor mechanical equipment cabinets will be installed in the middle of the roof and screened from view. Each of the fiberglass screens will be painted to match the building.
