Document Description
The operator proposes to impact approximately 700 feet of an unnamed tributary to Willow Creek at the end of 8th Street in Pittsburg, Contra Costa County. Approximately 700 feet of a concrete lined open channel will be removed and two 48-inch concrete pipes will be placed side by side in the channel for approximately 350 feet. at the discharge point of the culverts, a meandering channel/detention basin will be constructed for approximately 350 feet, and will tie into the existing earthen channel approximately 50 feet from the property line. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agremeent Number R3-2001-0877 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Joe Sbranti / City of Pittsburg.
