Document Description
The proposed project will replace an unnamed concrete V-ditch that flows into Pismo Lake with an 18-inch diameter high density polyethylene pipe cuvert approximately 258 feet long. Rock slope protection will be placed at the culvert outflow to dissipate the energy of water flowing through the culvert. Some willows will need to be trimmed to allow equipment access from an adjaent dirt road. The project is located in the coastal lowlands of Pismo Beach near the the City of Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo County. The California Deaprtment of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0374 pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Carolyn Johnson, City of Pismo Beach.
