The applicant proposes to substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow of, or substantially change the bed, channel, or bank of, or use material from the streambed or lake of the following water: an unnamed trinbuitary to DeHaven Creek in the County of Mendocino, CA; an artificial pond in the County of Mendocino, CA; Wages Creek in the County of Mendocino, CA; Dutch Charlie Creek in the County of Mendocino, CA; North Fork of Redwood Creek in the County of Mendocino, CA; and Redwood Creek in the County of Mendocino, CA. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2002-0383, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Douglas C.
