Document Description
The operator proposes to develop 60 homes on an approximately 33 acre parcel at the terminus of Oakwood Drive in the City of Fairfield, Solano County, Assessor's Parcel Numbers 27-240-120, 27-090-11 and 13. The project will result in the conversion of approximately 26 acres of the site to homes and appurtenant structures and includes the fill of about 0.66 acres of wet meadow wetland and 0.059 acres of ephemeral channel (2025 linear feet) for a total of 0.719 acres of impact. The California Department of Fiush and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0586 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Dan Nicolaus / Citation Northern, Inc.
