Document Description
The project will be constructed primarily within unimproved road shoulders that are highly compacted, with little or no vegetation and are an acknowledged source of sediment that contributes to the degradation of water quality. Construction of a multi-use trail (eight feet wide) on both sides of Ski Run Boulevard, and installation of curb gutter, trail lighting, and landscaping will improve water quality and reduce vehicle miles traveled by providing a safe alternative for cyclists and pedestrians.

The proposed project implements permanent best management practices by controlling runoff with curb and gutters and discharging them into a treatment facility.
