Document Description
The Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), San Francisco Bay Region issued a Cleanup and Abatement Order to Marjorie Brandon on March 7, 2002 for sediment discharge during heavy raions from improperroad grading on Ms. Brandon's property in the Hills above Calistoga. The project proposed in the Erosion Control Plan, submitted on June 6, 2002, will install 2 new culverts, re-grade existing roads and stabilize erosion-damaged areas. native vegetation will be planted in graded areas and erosion control devices maintained until a cover crop is established.
