Document Description
A private party owns property adjacent to CDF's West Point Fire Station. For many years she has had to cross fire station property to access her property. No easement was ever obtained to use fire station land. The purpose of this project is to grant easement rights to the private party. The section of state owned road used to access the private parcel is approximately 90 feet in length and 10 feet wide. The road surface is gravel and chip-sealed rock. Surrounding vegetation is ponderosa pine, incense-cedar, black oak and associated understory brush and grasses. Elevation is approximately 2,800 feet.
