Document Description
The Operator proposes to stabilize a 65 foot section of bank and removal of a root wad on the Napa River beind 6171 Silverado Trail, Napa, Napa County. Four large walnut trees toppled into the Napa River causing damage to the river bank and causing further damage by redirecting flows and eroding a section of bank downstream. The eroded bank will be sloped back to a 2:1 slope or shallower and planted with native riparian vegetation. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0593 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
