Document Description
The operator proposes to remove silt, sediment and debris from two box culverts in Kirker Creek, under Yosemite Drive in Pittsburg, Contra Costa County. Approximately 100 linear feet of creek will be impacted and approximately 6000 cubic feet of silt will be removed. The work will restore the culverts to their original design capacity. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0318 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
