Document Description
The operator proposes to repair the shifting sewer pipe bridge that crosses the unnamed tributary to San Pablo Creek, just north of the residence at 15 Manzanita Terrace in Orinda, Contra Costa County. Bent number 4 is on the north bank and will be supported by constructing two 24 inch square concrete pier caps approximately 13 feet deep, in alignment with the existing piers. Isuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0559 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
