Document Description
The proposed project will move cape ivy (Delairea odorata) from a 60-acre site along Chorro Creek, near and downstream from the confluence with San Bernardo Creek. The site is owned by the California Department of Parks and Recreation. A 2-gallon backpack sprayer will be used to apply Rodeo herbicide to cape ivy and other invasive plants observed within the project site. The applications will be made by a certified herbicide applicator from California Polytechnic State University. If wanted, cape ivy and other invasive plant may be removed by hand instead of by herbicide. Issurance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0597 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
