Document Description
Applicant is proposing to clear vegetation in the channel of Toro Creek for flood control. Selected fallen and dead trees ranging from 6 to 24-inches in diameter will be removed, with their root ball in place for bank stabilization. In addition, applicant is proposing to prune saw grass, berry bushes, poison oak. Willows up to 2 inches in diameter may be cut where necessary. but their root balls shall not be removed. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0535 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603
