Document Description
The proposed project will replace the failed approach and departure slabs with structural concrete slabs. These are located on Interstate 5 form PM 3.8/5.9, throughout the city of Anderson. All work and staging will be performed on site, with disposal at an approved off-site location at Sha-299-PM 24.9. Due to access control for the Interstate 5 this action constitutes a federal undertaking, But according to 36 CFR 800.3 (a)(1) all that is required is a CE due to the minimal nature of this project.
