Document Description
The proposed project will replace an existing undersized culvert that crosses under Branch Mill Road. The existing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert is approximately 34-feet long and 30-inches in diameter. During high flows, the culvert reaches full capacity and cannot transport water under the road, resulting in water backing up and flowing over the road. This culvert will be removed and replaced by two 30" to 36" CMP culverts. The culvert inflow may be widened slightly to accommodate flows. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0118 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
