Document Description
The California Department of Military proposes to lease a 1575 (net) square foot of an existing office space in Fresno. A dozen full time personnel of the CA Air National Guard will use the proposed space. The use will include mission planning and briefing, gathering and filing of historical data and presenting of briefings to outside agencies. The lease is scheduled to commerce November 1, 2002 with a year firm term. An additional four years soft term is provided in the lease. No Unit drills will occur at this site. No recruiter will work out of this location. No exclusive parking is provided in this lease. No arms, ammunition nor explosives (AA&E) will be stored at this site. This site is near public transportation.
