Document Description
The Department of General Services proposes to retrofit this state facility in order to conserve energy and reduce expenses. The proposed project will reduce energy costs and address current operational and mechanical dificiencies. This project will include the following: replace existing cooling towers, modify existing thermal energy storage system within the building, install carbon monoxide system in garage, install variable speed drives on several existing motors and install energy management system.
