Document Description
The Department of General Services proposes to retrofit this state facility in order to conserve energy and reduce expenses. The Edmund G. Brown State Office Building, located in downtown San Francisco, consists of a 6-story office building with an open-air atrium in the center. In addition, there is a full service cafeteria, auditorium and law library located on the first floor. This proposed project will retrofit interior lighting, install variable speed drives on several existing motors, install energy management system.
