This is an amendment to an Agreement with Jones & Stokes Associates, Inc. for the provision of services related to the Modesto Master EIR. The contract amendment is intended to compensate the service provider for past efforts related to additional analyses with land use and roadway networks that were later superceded by the City, extension of project schedule and unanticipated project coordination. The contract amendment is also required to provide for the analysis of alternatives to the proposed project that were not included in the original contract.
