Document Description
Water Right Permit 18597 was issued on October 1, 1982, to LaPorte Pines Country Club for the diversion of 0.077 cubic feet per second (cfs) for a total of 54.75 acre-feet per annum (AFA). This Petition to Change is is to add an additional point of diversion to the permit. The additional point of diversion will be from another unnamed spring that is tributary to an unknown stream tributary to Rabbit Creek thence Slate Creek thence the North Fork of the Yuba River thence the Yuba River. The project consists of perforated pipe that has been laid in gravel packed trenches that lead to a concrete collection chamber. The concrete colection chamber serves as a distribution box for the storage tanks. Water will be stored in tanks with a combined capacity of 102,000 gallons. The season of diversion will be from January 1 to December 31. All water diverted will be used for the domestic use of the residents of LaPorte Pines Country Club in Plumas County.
