Document Description
The purpose of this project is to create a designated motocross track facility adjacent to Smith Forks Camp. The proposed site of this track is within the open riding area of Hungry Valley SVRA. The site is currently being used as an unregulated volunteer motocross track. The intent of this project is to control the motorcycle use in this area by providing a designed, limited facility. Thereby reducing the spread of disturbance and creating a safer recreational experience. The project will consist of a 1,600' perimeter fence around the 3.5 ac. site. Fence post will be installed every eight feet and will penetrate the substrate to a depth of approximately 18 inches. The fence will be a 4' tall durable wire mesh, know as "no climb".
