Document Description
This is to acquire additional right-of-way from Modoc National Forest in the form of Department of Transportation easement relative to the construction of a rockfall elimination and embankment repair project on State Route 299 in Modoc County approximately 2.5 miles west of the community of Cedarville. The easement is necessary for the construction and maintenance of cutslopes on the north side of the highway. The easement was granted by the Forest via Special Use Permit for two parcels.
