Remove approximately 3,000 cubic yards of previousl dredged spoils located along the northeastern berm and swale of boat channel at Colusa-Sacramento River State Recreation Area to designated disposal sites. natural resources staff monitors will on-site to avoid impacts to the giant king garter snake and the valley elderberry longhorn beetle. This project protects natural resources and supports continued use and maintenance of waterway.

project consists of minor alterations of an existing topographical feature involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond current levels; and the minor alteration in the condition of land and vegetation which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
