Document Description
Currently northbound left turning traffic backs up during peak hours. Reight turning vehicles proceed to the stop bar by driving on the right shoulder, thus creating a safety and maintenance problem. Caltrans will construct addition paved ramp width to create a right hand turn lane and shoulder on the northbound Twin View off ramp on I5.
