Document Description
The project consists of the remodeling of an existing restroom facility located at Cuernavaca Park, a neighborhood park located at 3075 Hunt Drive in Burlingame. The facility will be remodeled to provide improved security and will include the addition of an access ramp to bring the facility into compliance with the ADA access requirements. The project also includes replacing the existing playground equipment and construction fo a new 1000 SF shade structure within the existing playground area. The new shade structure will cover four new picnic tables. New equipment and surfacing will be installed in the playground area to comply with ADA and Consumer Product Safety requirements.
