The project consists of the remodeling of and addition to an existing restroom facility located at Ray Park, a neighborhood park located at 1525 Balboa Avenue in Burlingame. The facility will be upgraded to provide improved security and access to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access requirements. A 250 sf addition to the 250 sf building is proposed to provide a storage room.
