The proposed project would construct a new Sacramento South DMV field office to replace the existing field office on Florin Mall Dr. The new building will be an approximate 15,000 s.f. single-story structure on 3.5 acres (gross) to be acquired by the State. The Project would also include construction of a fenced, paved parking lot with 176 parking spaces for use by DMV employees and customers.
