The project will improve the site distance and hydraulic capacity at the Walker Creek Road and Highway 96 intersection. The existing concrete box/metal arched culvert will be replaced with a triple pre-cast reinforced concrete box culvert. The bottom of the culvert will be placed below the grade of the stream channel to facilitate a natural bottom.
