Document Description
The proposed project would amend the Redevelopment Plan for the Del Paso Heights project Neighborhood Development Program Project No. 5 in the Del Paso Heights Redevelopment Area, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33333.10 to extend the deadline for plan effectiveness by ten years. This deadline amendment will extend the effectiveness of the Redevelopment Plan from 2010 to 2020, and the deadline for receiving tax increment, repaying debt and completing low moderate housing projects from 2020 to 2030.
