Removal of an existing concrete low-flow crossing, restoration of the stream channel, and installation of a new, prefabricated, steel pedestrian bridge over Penetencia Creek, adjacent to the Quail Hollow Picnic Area in Alum Rock Park. Restoration of the stream channel will include the construction of three new weirs, which will are intended to improve the stream hydrology and aquatic habitat at the project site.
