Document Description
The South Midtown Area Revitalization and Transportation Plan (SMART) is a Phase I project of the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP). The Project consists of a variety of traffic control elements to improve overall safety and control speeds. The project also includes an operational modification to four one-way streets (L, N, P, and Q Streets). These four streets would be converted from three one-way lanes to two one-way lanes with bike lanes.
