The public infrastructure improvements to be included within the proposed North Village Assessment District includes rolled curb, gutter and sidewalks, snow pole sleeves, pedestrian/bicycle paths, street re-surfacing, pavement re-striping, signal modification, storm drainage, water line upgrade, conversion of existing utilities from overhead to underground, streetlights, landscaping, and snowmelt piping under new sidewalks. The project will be completed with disturbed land within or immediately adjacent to the existing public right-of-way.
