Document Description
The City of Chico proposes to extend Eaton Road from Manzanita Avenue to Floral Avenue. Eaton Road is identified as a major arterial in the City of Chico General Plan. Arterials are intended to move large volumes of traffic. A Class II bicycle lane would be installed on both sides of the road. The typical cross section would be 124 feet wide.
