The City intends to extend Eaton Road from Manzanita Avenue to Floral Avenue, involving acquisition of a 100- foot right-of-way and phased construction of a four-lane major arterial with a raised median and Class II bike lanes. The roadway extension is divided into three components: Component 1: Manzanita Avenue to Marigold Avenue; Component 2: Marigold Avenue to Ceanothus Avenue; and Component 3: Ceanothus Avenue to Floral Avenue.
