The Town of Windsor is proposing to construct roadway improvements, involving widened or new roadways, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, associated storm drains, landscaping and traffic controls for the following roadway segments: -Mitchell Lane (formerly Wilson Lane) from the NWP railroad tracks to its eastern terminus and intersection with Conde Lane; -Conde Lane from just north of its intersection with Mitchell Lane to its southern terminus and intersection with Shiloh Road; -Shiloh Road from just west of its intersection wit Skylane Boulevard to the on- and off-ramps of Highway 101; -Caletti Avenue from Shiloh Road to Pruitt Avenue; and -Pruitt Avenue from Caletti Avenue to a point approximately 650 feet east of its current terminus. The project site is Town of Widsor in central Sonoma County, approximately 55 miles north of San Francisco. The roadway segments proposed for the improvement are located within the southwest portion of the Town of Windsor. The northermost of these roadway segments, Mitchell Lane, is located approximately 12 miles south of Windsor's Town center and Civic Center complex, just west of State Highway 101.
