Document Description
The applicant is proposing a 92 room resort and spa, with the spa proposed for guest use only. The project will include a 180-seat restaurant open to the public. In addition, the project proposes an on-site wastewater treatment plant with 100% reuse of the treated wastewater. The applicant has proposed offering 187 acres of land in park or open space dedications. The project will also require a number of General Plan amendments.
