Provide a safe and reliable water system serving the City of Weed. Replacement of the 55,000 gallon "Hillside" reservoir with a 300,000 gallon storage reservoir along with 1700 feet of transmission main and replacement of approximately 24,550 feet of distribution mains, 33 fire hydrants, 413 replacement services and 413 replacement meters.
