Document Description
The applicants propose a zone change intended to remedy multiple zoning designations on the subject parcels. The zoning for each parcel would be modified to contain a single zoning district (currently both contain Rural Residential and also Commercial zoning districts). The zone change is proposed to convert all of Parcel A (0.94 acres) consisting of 0.81 acres of PD-CU (Planned Development with Neighborhood Commercial Uses) and 0.13 acres of R-R-B-5 (Rural Residential Agricultural, with 5 acre minimum parcel size) to 0.94 acres of C-U(Neighborhood Commercial and to convert all of Parcel B (3.1 acres) consisting of 2.97 acres of R-R-B-5 and 0.13 acres of PD-CU to 3.1 acres of R-R-B-5.
