Document Description
The proposed project is the construction and operation of a 600-room hotel located at 620 Airport Boulevard, along the bayfront in the City of Burlingame. The proposed hotel would consists of a single ten-story building over one level of subsurface parking, totaling approximately 577,892 gross square feet (gsf) (3.59 FAR). The proposed hotel would be 127.5 feet above the curb. The hotel would include approximately 30,000 sf of meeting/ballroom space, a restauarant and dining room oriented off the lobby, and a health club for guests of the hotel. The project proposes a total of 505 parking spaces located below street level, and at street level on the west side of the proposed structure.
