Document Description
Use Permit 02CUP-13 to allow the expansion of an existing recycled water storage pond from a capacity of 8.5 acre feet to 40 acre feet. The resulting pond will be approximately 1,200 feet in length, 250 feet in width, and 15 feet deep. The dam will be up to 24 feet in height. Excavation of the pond will generate 48,283+ cubic yards of material. Construction of the dam will require 32,825+ cubic yards of material. The remaining 15,458+ cubic yards of material will be disposed of in a fill area approximately 1.2 acres in area located approximately 150 feet southeast of the pond. All proposed improvements will be constructed on property zoned AE-37 (Exclusive Agricultural, thirty-seven acre minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code and under a Williamson Act land conservation contract pursuant to Tuolumne County Resolution 122-70.
